Vor einiger Zeit habe ich uns selbstgemachtes Mac\u2019n Cheese geg\u00f6nnt. Kein leichtes Gericht, aber genau das Richtige f\u00fcr Tage, an denen man etwas braucht, das einfach happy macht Die Tr\u00fcffel-Variante ist nat\u00fcrlich nur etwas f\u00fcr Menschen, die Tr\u00fcffel wirklich m\u00f6gen, ich geh\u00f6re dazu. Wer nicht, l\u00e4sst es weg und bekommt trotzdem ein k\u00e4ssiges und sehr cremiges Mac\u2019n Cheese-Gericht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amerikanischer Klassiker, simpel und gut: Mac and Cheese<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mac\u2019n Cheese ist ein typisch amerikanisches Gericht: Pasta, K\u00e4se, Rahm, mehr braucht es nicht. Kein Schnickschnack (bis auf den Tr\u00fcffel ok, ok), keine komplizierten Schritte. Nur eine gute Sauce, die sich um die Pasta legt und alles verbindet. Wir haben die getr\u00fcffelte Version als Beilage zu einem sch\u00f6nen St\u00fcck Fleisch gegessen. Sie hat wunderbar dazu gepasst, funktioniert aber genauso gut als einzelnes Pastagericht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Friendsgiving-Tradition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mache dieses Rezept (ohne Tr\u00fcffel, damit Gruppentauglich) seit vielen Jahren f\u00fcr unser <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/thanksgiving-essen-truthahn-festessen\/\">Friendsgiving<\/a> \u2013 also Thanksgiving, einfach mit Freunden statt Familie. Und jedes Jahr ist es eines der Gerichte, auf das alle warten. Es hat sich so fest eingeb\u00fcrgert, dass es mittlerweile genauso dazugeh\u00f6rt wie Truthahn und Cranberry-Sauce. \u00dcber die Zeit habe ich das Rezept leicht angepasst, bis es f\u00fcr mich stimmt. Vor allem das Panko-Topping macht viel aus: unten cremig, oben knusprig. Ich liebe es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Topping nehme ich bewusst Panko. Das ist ein japanisches Paniermehl, das aus gr\u00f6beren, luftigen Flocken besteht und nicht so fein ist wie klassisches Paniermehl. Genau diese Struktur macht den Unterschied: Panko wird im Ofen deutlich knuspriger und bleibt es auch, selbst wenn darunter eine sehr cremige Sauce liegt. Normales Paniermehl wird bei solchen Gratins schneller weich und verliert die Struktur. Mit Panko entsteht eine leichte, knusprige Schicht. F\u00fcr Mac\u2019n Cheese passt das einfach besser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezept f\u00fcr Macaroni & Cheese<\/h2>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
