Nach dem Backmarathon vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/2012\/12\/weihnachtsbackerei-aka-guetzle\/\" target=\"_blank\">#guetzle <\/a>waren wir aber nicht mehr ganz so motiviert. Deshalb wurden die Lebkuchenh\u00e4uschen kurzer Hand vom Plan gestrichen und durch Lebkuchenm\u00e4nner ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Rezept habe ich von <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SandraVi\" target=\"_blank\">@SandraV<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SandraVi\" target=\"_blank\">i<\/a> erhalten, vielen Dank daf\u00fcr. Wusstet ihr, dass mit Gingerbread auf Deutsch eigentlich Pfefferkuchen gemeint ist und das Lebkuchen und Pfefferkuchen nicht dasselbe ist? Pfefferkuchen wird hart und Lebkuchen bleibt weich, hab ich mich aufkl\u00e4ren lassen. Die Melasse, die Butter und den Zucker in einer Pfanne langsam erw\u00e4rmen, bis sich der Zucker aufgel\u00f6st hat. Die Masse etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Das Mehl und die Gew\u00fcrze in eine Sch\u00fcssel sieben. Die abgek\u00fchlte Butter-Zuckermasse mit dem Mehl vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Das Natron in der Milch aufl\u00f6sen und zum Rest des Teigs geben.<\/p>\n<p>4. Den Teig f\u00fcr ca. 40 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank geben.<\/p>\n<p>5. Den Teig ca. 4 mm d\u00fcnn auswallen und mit F\u00f6rmchen ausstechen. Wir hatten keine zur Hand und haben deshalb Papierfiguren genommen und entlang den Kanten ausgeschnitten.<\/p>\n<p>6. Die Cookies sollten nun bei 10-15 Minuten bei 170 Grad in den Ofen, die Zeit ist abh\u00e4ngig von der Dicke und Gr\u00f6sse der M\u00e4nnchen.<\/p>\n<p>7. Die Cookies ausk\u00fchlen lassen und nachher nach Lust und Laune dekorieren.<\/p>\n<p>Tipp 1: Wir haben am Anfang nur 1 EL Milch verwendet, wie im Ursprungs Rezept angegeben. Der Teig war jedoch viel zu trocken, nach Zugabe von ca. 6 weiteren EL Milch, war der Teig knetbar. Ihr solltet also so lange Milch zugeben, bis der Teig sich zu einer Masse nicht mehr gross kr\u00fcmelt.<\/p>\n<p>Tipp 2: Wenn ihr die Cookies aufh\u00e4ngen m\u00f6chtet, stecht eine Spaghetti in den Teig und backt diese so mit. Danach habt ihr eine \u00d6ffnung zum Aufh\u00e4ngen.
