Nein danke. Doch was ist besser als herk\u00f6mmlicher Knoblauch? Genau, Knoblauch Confit.  Ein Geheimtipp, der in keiner K\u00fcche fehlen darf &#8211; meiner Meinung nach. Denn hast du es einmal probiert, ich wette, du wirst das Confit nicht mehr missen wollen. Doch was ist Confit eigentlich? Ganz einfach: Knoblauchzehen werden langsam in \u00d6l gegart, bis sie butterweich und goldbraun sind. Das Ergebnis ist ein milder, fast s\u00fcsslicher Knoblauchgeschmack, den man auch einfach aufs Butterbrot streichen kann. Kein Witz! Versprochen. Du brauchst lediglich einen kleinen Topf  oder eine ofenfeste Form, in die du die gesch\u00e4lten Knoblauchzehen gibst. Anschliessend bedeckst du die Zehen vollst\u00e4ndig mit Oliven\u00f6l. Den Topf stellst du in den auf 110 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen. Bei dieser niedrigen Temperatur l\u00e4sst du den Knoblauch f\u00fcr 1.5 bis 2 Stunden langsam garen. Wichtig ist die konstant niedrige Temperatur. So wird der Knoblauch weich und erh\u00e4lt eine wundersch\u00f6ne goldene Farbe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro Tipp, um Knoblauch zu sch\u00e4len: die Enden der Zehen abschneiden und der L\u00e4nge nach einritzen, in ein Schraubglas geben und kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln. Dies macht ihn, f\u00fcr viele Menschen, die rohen oder scharf angebratenen Knoblauch nicht gut vertragen, einfach schonender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konfieren erfolgt bei niedrigen Temperaturen, was bedeutet, dass die gesunden Inhaltsstoffe des Knoblauchs, wie Allicin, besser erhalten bleiben. Allicin ist f\u00fcr die antibakteriellen, antiviralen und entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Eigenschaften des Knoblauchs verantwortlich. In einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt, h\u00e4lt es sich bis zu zwei Wochen. Wichtig dabei, das Confit noch heiss in ein Glas abf\u00fcllen und direkt im K\u00fchlschrank herunterk\u00fchlen. Achte darauf, dass die Knoblauchzehen immer vollst\u00e4ndig mit \u00d6l bedeckt sind, um eine optimale Haltbarkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Confit ist heikel, wenn es zu lange aufbewahrt oder bei Zimmertemperatur gelagert wird. Dann kann sich n\u00e4mlich ein Toxin entwickeln, das giftig ist. Wichtig ist also eine saubere Arbeitsweise und das Confit immer wieder aufzubrauchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du das Confit noch l\u00e4nger aufbewahren m\u00f6chtest, kannst du es auch einfrieren. Dazu einfach die Knoblauchzehen mit etwas \u00d6l in einem Gefrierbeutel oder einem geeigneten Beh\u00e4lter einfrieren. Zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck kannst du ein paar Zehen Knoblauchkonfit auf ger\u00f6stetem Brot mit Avocado geniessen. Zum Mittagessen mischst du es unter ein Risotto, um den Geschmack zu verfeinern. Und abends kann man damit ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/knoblauchbrot-rezept\/\">Knoblauch Baguette<\/a> zaubern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der milde Geschmack macht den Knoblauch vielseitig in der Verwendung. Die weichen Knoblauchzehen lassen sich wunderbar pur aufs Butterbrot streichen. Etwas grobes Salz dar\u00fcber und ihr habt ein kulinarisches Highlight. Oder du verwendest Confit als Grundlage f\u00fcr Bruschetta oder in cremige Pasta einr\u00fchren. Knoblauch-Confit schmeckt auch hervorragend als Belag auf Pizza oder in Salaten. Wer einmal damit angefangen hat, kann nicht mehr ohne. Ich bin immer froh, um ein Glas Knoblauch-Confit im K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meine liebsten Verwendungsarten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pur auf dem Butterbrot, mit einer Prise Meersalz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Aufstrich f\u00fcr ein Sandwich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Grundlage f\u00fcr den Avocadotoast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauchbutter mit Confit f\u00fcrs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/knoblauchbrot-rezept\/\">Knoblauchbrot<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauchbutter f\u00fcr Grillfeisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als W\u00fcrzmittel in Salatsaucen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das \u00d6l, in dem der Knoblauch gekocht wurde, ist voller Geschmack und kann als Dressing f\u00fcr Salate, zum Anbraten von Gem\u00fcse oder Fleisch oder einfach als Dip verwendet werden. Es geht also nicht nur um Bequemlichkeit, sondern auch um Nachhaltigkeit &#8211; alles wird genutzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurz gesagt: Knoblauch Confit ist eine einfache, aber raffinierte Art, den Gerichten eine besondere W\u00fcrze zu verleihen. Wer einmal damit beginnt, kann nicht mehr ohne.
