Deshalb nun endlich online: dieser k\u00f6stliche Carrot Cake im US-Style. Saftig, w\u00fcrzig, mit viel lecker Creamcheese Frosting on top. Man munkelt, er schmeckt \u00e4hnlich wie der ber\u00fchmte Karottenkuchen der grossen Kaffeehauskette. Ihr wisst schon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00fceblikuchen US-Style mit Frosting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du an dieser Stelle auf der Suche nach typische Schweizer R\u00fcebli Cake bist, muss ich dich leider entt\u00e4uschen. Dieses Rezept richtet sich eher an die Liebhaber von amerikanischen Kuchenrezepten. Wer bereits in Amerika unterwegs war, kennt die kleinen Coffeeshops, die es fast \u00fcberall gibt. Du kannst noch so auf dem Land in der Pampa sein, einen Coffeeshop gibt es immer. Und neben richtig gutem Kaffee verkaufen sie meistens auch leckere Cookies und saftiges Cakes. Dieses Exemplar hier kommt mit s\u00fcndig feinem Creamcheese Topping daher und zaubert das i-T\u00fcpfli.. Man munkelt, dieser Carrot Cake soll einer der besten sein. Ich habe recherchiert, Rezepte ausprobiert, angepasst und get\u00fcftelt. Zum Schluss waren es sicherlich vier oder sogar f\u00fcnf Versuche, bis die perfekte Kombination dabei zustande kam. Und auch denen, die keine Fans von Creamcheese Frosting sind, kann ich versprechen, diese Variante werdet ihr ziemlich sicher m\u00f6gen. So zumindest das Feedback bei Freunden und Familie. Denn im Creamcheese Frosting befindet sich Abrieb einer Limette, was eine herrliche Frische erg\u00e4nzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das gibt es zu beachten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nutze eine kleine Springform von ca. 18-19 Zentimeter Durchmesser f\u00fcr den Tortenstyle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutzt du eine gr\u00f6ssere Form geht das auch, Backzeit ev. etwas verk\u00fcrzen, und den Kuchen nicht halbieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter und Frischk\u00e4se f\u00fcrs Frosting unbedingt bei Zimmertemperatur verarbeiten, sonst gibt&#8217;s Kl\u00fcmpchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gew\u00fcrze kenn nach Gusto erweitert oder weggelassen werden. Ich mag die Kombi so wie im Rezept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr den Frischekick im Frosting Limettenabrieb verwenden!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
