Meistens gibt es die beiden Schweizer Nationalgerichte w\u00f6chentlich abwechselnd und damit es nicht langweilig wird, probieren wir immer wieder was neues aus. Am liebsten mag ich das Schweizer K\u00e4sefondue mit Kr\u00e4utern oder in der Variante mit Bubbles \u2013 gerne auch alkholfrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch eine fix fertige Fonduemischung kaufen, ich probiere aber gerne aus und variiere bei den Zutaten im Fondue. Das verleiht dem K\u00e4sefondue s\u00e4mige Konsistenz und eine gewisse Spritzigkeit. Im Rezept habe ich von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rimuss.ch\/products\/rimuss-bianco-dry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Rimuss den Bianco Dry<\/a> verwendet, der wie alle Rimuss Produkte nat\u00fcrlich alkoholfrei ist. Ich habe mir die Hausmischung von Jumi K\u00e4se geholt. Diese besteht bei Jumi aus den Sorten Schlossberger (hart aber herzlich mit reichlich Salzkristallen) und Appenberger (sch\u00f6n cremig mit dem n\u00f6tigen Geschmack). Das klassische Moit\u00e9-Moit\u00e9 Fondue besteht in der Schweiz aus Gruyere Rezent und Fribourger Vacherin. Wichtig sind K\u00e4sesorten, die gut schmelzen aber dennoch Geschmack mitbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 Tipps f\u00fcr ein leckeres K\u00e4sefondue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. K\u00e4sefondue schmeckt nicht nur mit Brot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Variiere deine Beilagen. Der Klassiker ist nat\u00fcrlich Brot, aber hast du schonmal kleine Kart\u00f6ffelchen in den fl\u00fcssigen K\u00e4se getunkt? Yummi! Oder in Kombination mit Salzig S\u00fcss ein Mostbr\u00f6ckli und ein St\u00fcck Birne auf die Gabel gespiesst? Zu dick? Zu d\u00fcnn? Getrennt? Die richtige Konsistenz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim zubereiten des Fondues ist Geduld gefragt. Der K\u00e4se wird auf kleiner Stufe geschmolzen und immer fleissig ger\u00fchrt. Wird dein Fondue zu dick? Dann kannst du es mit einem Schluss des verwendeten Weins oder Bianco Dry etwas strecken. Wird es zu d\u00fcnn? Dann kannst du falls vorhanden, noch etwas geriebenen K\u00e4se erg\u00e4nzen oder Maizena (vorher anr\u00fchren). Trennt sich das Fondue? Dann war der K\u00e4se wohl zu warm. Ein Spritzer Zitronensaft kann helfen, fleissiges r\u00fchren und die Hitze etwas zur\u00fcckstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: ein richtiges K\u00e4sefondue zieht in unserer Vorstellung immer F\u00e4den, das ist aber eigentlich zu dickfl\u00fcssig. Meines Wissens \u00e4hnelt die perfekte Konsistenz mehr einer cremig abgebundenen K\u00e4sesuppe. Zum Abschluss K\u00e4ser\u00fchrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du langsam den Boden des Fonduecaquelon ersp\u00e4hst ist es soweit. Schlage nun ein frisches Ei in den Topf. Mit einem St\u00fcck Brot auf der Gabel wird fleissig ger\u00fchrt und der restliche K\u00e4se zum Fondue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/ruehrei-rezept-zutaten\/\">R\u00fchrei<\/a> verarbeitet.
