Ungeplant, aber doch zur richtigen Zeit gab\u2019s seit Anfang des Jahres eine Kreativpause hier auf Princess.ch. Nach \u00fcber 10 Jahren des Bloggens war es einfach an der Zeit. Daf\u00fcr bin ich nun mit neuem Elan zur\u00fcck und habe ein simples und super leckeres Alltagsrezept f\u00fcr euch: mein liebstes Knoblauchbrot Rezept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Knoblauchbrot gibt es bei uns alle paar Wochen. Es passt im Sommer wunderbar zum Grillieren und im Winter zu einer w\u00e4rmenden Tomatensuppe. Ich mag Rezepte die einfach sind und schnell gehen. Vor allem Wochentags darf es gerne schnell gehen. Und trotzdem mache ich mein Knoblauchbrot lieber selber, als dass ich es fertig einkaufe. Ich verwende keinen rohen Knoblauch, sondern ich backen eine ganze Knoblauchknolle im Ofen und verwende diese f\u00fcr frische Knoblauchbutter. Der Unterschied? Die Knoblauchsch\u00e4rfe verschwindet und der volle Knoblauchgeschmack bleibt. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch frischen Knoblauch gehackt oder gepresst verwenden, dann aber nur 1-2 Zehen (je nach Gusto) und keine ganze Knolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: der gebackene Knoblauch ist auch pur als \u201eAufstrich\u201c auf einem St\u00fcck Brot ein Genuss. Versuch\u2019s einfach mal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knoblauchbrot selber machen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben gebackenem Knoblauch braucht\u2019s nicht mehr viel f\u00fcr ein hausgemachtes Knoblauchbrot. Gew\u00fcrzt wird die weiche Butter nach Gusto: ich mag es die Knoblauchbutter mit Paprikapulver, etwas Currypulver, Petersilie, Rosmarin, Salz und Pfeffer zu w\u00fcrzen. Und nicht vergessen etwas Parmesan in die Butter zu mischen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
