Zudem  stelle euch die Cheezy Boxen vor, etwas f\u00fcr jeden K\u00e4seliebhaber. Stell sicher, dass du gen\u00fcgend Platz hast. Mein Servierbrett auf den Fotos hat einen Durchmesser von 50 cm. Du kannst auch ein einfaches (h\u00fcbsches) R\u00fcstbrett verwenden. Ich habe auch schon Cheeseboards auf Schieferplatten oder sogar auf \u00fcbergebliebenen Bodenfliessen angerichtet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereite das Cheeseboard frisch zu.<\/strong> Nichts ist unappetitlicher wie angelaufener K\u00e4se, der bereits einige Stunden vor sich hin schwitzt. Vor allen bei warmen Temperaturen. Der K\u00e4se sollte aber auch nicht direkt aus dem K\u00fchlschrank serviert werden. Bereite vor was m\u00f6glich ist, die trockenen Zutaten sind kein Problem und auch die Sch\u00fcsselchen k\u00f6nnen bereits arrangiert werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mehr ist mehr in diesem Fall.<\/strong> Ein Cheeseboard sollte f\u00fcr meinen Geschmack keine Zwischenr\u00e4ume haben, wo das Brett durchscheint. Es wirkt f\u00fcr mich optisch einfach imposanter. Und untersch\u00e4tze nicht, wieviel Platz ein solches Board haben kann. Im Zweifelsfall eine Stufe kleiner w\u00e4hlen. Zum f\u00fcllen der Zwischenr\u00e4ume, gibt es aber auch einige M\u00f6glichkeiten. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass z.B. der Aufschnitt vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden soll. F\u00fcr mein Cheeseboard habe ich vier K\u00e4sesorten mit 4 Aufschnittsorten erg\u00e4nzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten du w\u00e4hlst 1-2 K\u00e4seklassiker und erg\u00e4nzt dazu einige Spezialk\u00e4se. Zudem empfiehlt es sich, die Konsistenzen zu mischen. 2-3 Halbhart\/Hartk\u00e4se, 1-2 Weichk\u00e4se oder gar Schimmel \u2013 ganz nach eurem Gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Anrichten der K\u00e4se kannst du einen Teil bereits aufzuschneiden, damit man gleich los snacken kann. Wo n\u00f6tig wird das Obst aufgeschnitten, sodass es in kleinen St\u00fccken geniessbar ist. \u00c4pfel und Birnen sollten last Minute angerichtet werden, damit sie nicht braun werden. Etwas Zitronensaft hilft. Trauben lasse ich am Strunk, damit es optisch besser aussieht.
