W\u00fcrkli\u2026 mit einer Prise Salz ist die geballte Nuss-Power ein Tr\u00e4umchen auf dem Brot. Es braucht nur ziemlich viel Geduld, bis aus den N\u00fcssen eine streichf\u00e4hige Nussbutter wird. Also bitte nicht aufgeben, sondern immer sch\u00f6n weiter mixen. Einfach aufpassen, dass euer Ger\u00e4t nicht \u00fcberhitzt und immer wieder mal Pause machen. Die Menge seht ihr auf dem Bild. Ich habe Reste verwertet, deshalb habe ich leider keine genauen Angaben.<\/li><li>Die N\u00fcsse im Ofen bei 170 Grad f\u00fcr 30 Minuten r\u00f6sten und danach etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li><li>In einen Foodprozessor geben und einmal kurz zerkleinern. Die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben bis auf die Datteln und kurz unter mixen.<\/li><li>Danach gebe ich vier frische Datteln dazu und mixe f\u00fcr zwei Minuten. Anstelle von Datteln, die den Mix-Prozess noch etwas verl\u00e4ngern, k\u00f6nnt ihr auch mit Ahornsirup s\u00fcssen.\u00a0<\/li><li>Alles in allem habe ich nochmals ca. 15 Minuten gemixt bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht war. Ihr m\u00fcsst wirklich Geduld haben, wenn ihr schon denkt, es wird nichts mehr, einfach nochmal weiter mixen und es wird perfekt.\u00a0<\/li><li>Ich bewahre die Nussbutter in einem Schraubglas im K\u00fchlschrank auf. Sie h\u00e4lt sich f\u00fcr ein paar Wochen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Achtung: mein Foodprozessor war nach einigen Minuten ganz sch\u00f6n heiss. Ich verwende einen Foodprozessor der mit dem Stabmixer betrieben wird. Das Ger\u00e4t wird gerne mal heiss. Nach 5 Minuten musste ich das Ger\u00e4t erstmal 15 Minuten ausk\u00fchlen lassen und danach ging\u2019s weiter. Die Masse immer wieder fleissig von den W\u00e4nden schaben, damit alles durcheinander kommt. Wenn ihr etwas leistungsst\u00e4rkeres habt, kommt ihr ev. schneller ans Ziel wie ich.
