Was ich dabei nicht muss: ewig den Teig kneten, darauf hab ich n\u00e4mlich irgendwie auch gar keine Lust. Kennt ihr No Knead Bread? Zu Deutsch heisst das so viel wie \u201eNicht-kneten-Brot\u201c. Ha! Die L\u00f6sung w\u00fcrd\u2018 ich sagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Das Rezept ist dann auch so was von ultra-bubi-einfach imfall. Das einzige was du ben\u00f6tigst ist Zeit und davon reichlich! Aber keine Angst, unser Teig ist ganz selbst\u00e4ndig. Dieses Basis-Rezept findest du an vielen Stellen im Internet.\u00a0Da es aber echt ultra einfach und fein ist, lohnt sich die Verbreitung. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was ihr unbedingt ben\u00f6tigt f\u00fcr dieses knusprigste aller Brote: einen Gusseisentopf! Ich habe den <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lecreuset.ch\/brater-rund\" target=\"_blank\">24er Topf von Le Creuset<\/a> in Kirschrot. Ich mache ihn immer am Vorabend und habe dann am Morgen feines, frischgebackenes Brot!<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-24084-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Den Backofen auf 230 Grad (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen und den Gusseisentopf f\u00fcr eine halbe Stunde aufheizen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-24084-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Nach 12-18 Stunden ist der Teig sch\u00f6n aufgegangen und du kannst die Masse auf ein leicht mit Mehl best\u00e4ubtes Backpapier fallen lassen. Ich nehme dazu einen Teigschaber zur Hilfe und stosse erstmal in der Sch\u00fcssel die Seiten herunter um sie zu l\u00f6sen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-24084-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Bonusschritt: Du kannst, falls es dein Teig zul\u00e4sst (einige Teige sind etwas feuchter wie andere), den Teig an allen Seiten leicht ziehen und hochfalten. Dazu best\u00e4ubst du am besten deine H\u00e4nde zuerst mit Mehl. Ich lasse diesen Schritt weg und achte beim Teig aus der Sch\u00fcssel nehmen, dass er sch\u00f6n rund bleibt. Das ganze ist eh nur f\u00fcr die Optik. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-24084-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Etwas Mehl \u00fcber das Brot st\u00e4uben und das Backpapier den heissen Gusseisentopf heben und f\u00fcr 30 Minuten mit geschlossenem Deckel backen.
