Warum eigentlich? Keine Ahnung .. es ist wirklich bubi-einfach. Wie immer ist mein Mami \u201eschuld\u201c, sie hat zum Weihnachtsessen n\u00e4mlich ein Gastgeschenk gezaubert, was extrem lecker war. Eine Mandarinli aka Clementinen Gonfi mit Vanille und Ingwer. So fein, dass ich es gleich nachmachen musste.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Der aufmerksame Leser fragt sich nun vielleicht, was denn eigentlich der Unterschied zwischen Mandarinen und Clementinen ist? Gibt es \u00fcberhaupt einen? Diese Frage habe ich mir auch gestellt und herausgefunden, dass es eben doch ein paar Unterschiede gibt. Die Clementine hat zum Beispiel keine Kernen. Die Mandarinen haben daf\u00fcr einen kr\u00e4ftigeren Geschmack und stammen urspr\u00fcnglich aus China. Die Clementinen kommen aus der Mittelmeerregion und waren eigentlich eher das Ergebnis eines Umfalles bei einer Kreuzung aus Mandarine und Bitterorange. So kann\u2019s laufen.. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle euch f\u00fcr die Gonfi deshalb Clementinen zu verwenden, ihr habt keine l\u00e4stigen Kerne und ben\u00f6tigt auch nicht so viel Gelierzucker. Das k\u00f6nnt ihr nat\u00fcrlich gerne machen, wenn euch langweilig ist, ich hab es mir jedoch einfach gemacht. Alle Clementinen sch\u00e4len und in den Standmixer geben. Wenn ihr die Muse habt, k\u00f6nnt ihr noch das Gr\u00f6bste der weissen Haut wegnehmen.<\/li><li>Eine grosse Orange auspressen und zu den Clementinen in den Mixer geben.<\/li><li>Ein gutes St\u00fcck Ingwer sch\u00e4len und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden, ebenfalls in den Mixer geben.<\/li><li>Nun 1-2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker dazugeben, je nach Geschmack.<\/li><li>Alles 2-3 mal kr\u00e4ftig mixen, wer die Fruchtf\u00e4den nicht mag, kann die Masse nun durch ein Sieb geben.\u00a0<\/li><li>Die Masse zusammen mit ca. 500 Gramm des Zuckers f\u00fcr eine Minute aufkochen und danach den restlichen Gelierzucker hinzugeben, f\u00fcr weitere 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Ab und zu umr\u00fchren. Wenn sich Schaum gebildet hat, diesen vor dem Abf\u00fcllen absch\u00f6pfen. Die Konfit\u00fcre dickt nur leicht ein, der Gelierprozess endet erst, wenn die Konfit\u00fcre ganz abgek\u00fchlt ist.<\/li><li>Die Konfit\u00fcre noch heiss in Schraubgl\u00e4ser geben und gut auff\u00fcllen. Deckel drauf, umgekehrt stellen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Gl\u00e4ser m\u00f6glichst nicht mehr bewegen, wegen dem Gelierprozess.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"
