Die Knolle ist ein wahrer Immunbooster und st\u00e4rkt unsere Abwehrkr\u00e4fte. Ob nun in heisser Form als Ingwertee mit Zitrone oder eben in Form eines Shots. Im Ausland ist es bereits ein Trend, nun findet man den Ingwer-Shot auch in den Schweizer Regalen. Er ist gut f\u00fcr das Immunsystem, st\u00e4rkt die Abwehrkr\u00e4fte, hilft bei der Verdauung und wirkt entz\u00fcndungshemmend. Zudem beschleunigt das Vitamin C der Orange die Aufnahme von Eisen im K\u00f6rper. F\u00fcr alle M\u00e4dels die regelm\u00e4ssig Eisen zu sich nehmen, ist ein Ingwer-Shot deshalb eine gute Erg\u00e4nzung am Morgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
