Die letzten Posts waren ja doch eher reiselastig. Aber hey, dieses Rezept hier stammt auch von einer Reise. Und zwar von meiner Lieblingsinsel im Mittelmeer: Ibiza. Ok, nat\u00fcrlich ist es nicht typisch spanisch, aber ich esse diese Pasta immer in meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.ch\/blog\/2012\/09\/ibiza-my-lovely-island\/\">Lieblingsrestaurant auf der Insel, im Pinocho<\/a>.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nachgekocht habe ich die Pasta mit Speck & Sprossen an\u00a0Oliven\u00f6l aus dem Gef\u00fchl. Ein Rezept war nicht vorhanden, braucht es aber auch kaum, weil es echt einfach ist. Die Pinienkerne habe ich selber dazu gegeben, die sind im Original nicht vorhanden, schmecken aber super lecker dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Was ihr f\u00fcr 4 Personen ben\u00f6tigt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr\u00a0Farfalle<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Speck<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Erbsen (eine kleine Dose)<\/li>\n<li>1 handvoll glatte Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>1 handvoll Sprossen<\/li>\n<li>1 handvoll Pininekerne, anger\u00f6stet<\/li>\n<li>3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan, gerieben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die Pasta wie \u00fcblich al dente kochen und die Pinienkerne anr\u00f6sten. Danach den Speck in der Pfanne ebenfalls braten und auf einem K\u00fcchenpapier abtupfen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sprossen etwas klein schneiden, die Petersilie ebenfalls fein schneiden. Und nun auch den Speck noch wie gew\u00fcnscht\u00a0portionieren.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald die Pasta al dente ist, das Wasser\u00a0zum gr\u00f6ssten Teil abgiessen. Schaut das die Pasta noch leicht\u00a0feucht bleibt.<\/li>\n<li>Nun die Pasta mit allen Zutaten sowie den Erbsen in der Bratpfanne ein paar Minuten schwenken\u00a0und 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l dazugeben, je nach Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li>Frisch geriebenen Parmesan dr\u00fcber und finito!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11876\"
